Delivery info?

Do you sell wholesale?

YES! If you're a retailer looking to stock OJFD for your shop, you can shop everything on my Faire wholesale platform! If you'd also like a sample of goodies to see if they're right for you just email me and I can send some out for you! Just get in touch and I'll be happy to help :-)

Can I track my order?

UK and International orders have the option for tracked shipping. If you don't select tracked, your order will be sent 2nd Class (UK) or International Standard (International). If you have selected tracked shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number on your dispatch email once I’ve posted your order! US orders are all sent with tracked shipping as standard. If you choose untracked please note that I won't know where your parcel is once I have posted it, nor will I know if it has been delivered!

Where are you sending from?

All orders are sent from the UK!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

Will I be charged customs fees?

I am based in the UK, and customs labels will be on all international orders, but I can't guarantee that there won’t be any import duties/customs fees, and it can depend on the country! Unfortunately I am unable to control or predict what these fees might be. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders! I am not responsible for any customs charges. Please bear this in mind before ordering <3

Why hasn’t my order been dispatched yet?

I run this little business on my own currently, and can sometimes get an overwhelming amount of orders which is amazing but I am packing them by myself! During busier times it may take around 1-2 weeks for me to dispatch your order, although I try and send it as quickly as I can! If you want your order ASAP, for example if it’s for a gift or for a certain date, pop it in the notes at checkout and I'll try my best to get it sent sooner!

My order has been cancelled and I don't know why?

If your order has been cancelled for no apparent reason, it's likely due to address issues. If you haven't put the full address, or the address is missing a building number/name or street, I am physically unable to apply postage and therefore am unable to send. In these cases, I'll get in touch with you to confirm the correct address, and will only cancel if I don't hear back from you after a certain time. If your order is randomly cancelled, please check your emails and your junk/spam folder! <3

Do you accept returns?

If you've changed your mind about your order you can return it as long as the product isn't damaged and is in sellable condition. Sale items are non-returnable but can be exchanged. Please let me know within 14 days of receiving your order :-) Buyers will be responsible for return costs unless the products are damaged or faulty! If you need to return anything, contact me here!

Can I add a gift message?

Of course! Just pop your message in the order notes box when you check out!
