CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO THE EU AND NI

Due to GPSR regulations that came into effect in December 2024, I'm currently unable to ship to countries in the EU and Northern Ireland. I'm working on a solution and hope to fix this as soon as possible! <3

Orders are shipped from the UK! I run my small business alone, so please allow up to a week for me to pack and dispatch your order. During busier periods, it can be between 1-2 weeks, although I try to pack as quickly as possible so you get your goodies sooner. If you need your order ASAP or by a certain time, just pop a note in when you check out or drop me an email with your order number and I’ll try and get it out as soon as possible!

As I'm based in the UK, customs fees may apply to all orders outside of the UK. I can't guarantee that there won’t be any import duties/customs fees, and it can depend on the country! Unfortunately I am unable to control or predict what these fees might be, and they are more likely to occur since Brexit. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders, I am not responsible for any customs charges. Please bear this in mind before ordering! <3

In rare cases, International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive due to delays/customs. Please bear this in mind, as mail cannot be declared as lost until this timeframe has passed. If you need your order before a certain time frame, International Tracked is recommended so you can keep an eye on it.

Please note that if you choose standard delivery there is no tracking number and I will not be able to track your order! Unfortunately I have no control over how long shipments take (as much as I wish I could!) so I really appreciate your patience with any potential delays.
